Several people were injured because of this horrific collision and carried to the hospital where they were treated. Geraldine Alexandra Trevino was one of the victims that were carried to the hospital. Sadly, Geraldine ended up dying due to injuries sustained from the crash. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Geraldine and the other victims.

It is truly saddening that a life is gone after the selfish actions of another person. When driving you never know what is ahead of you, and just because you drive safely doesn’t mean the other person will. This is why it is important that the police do their best to keep unsafe drivers off of the road. It is equally important that these unsafe drivers are punished for the dangerous and selfish way in which they voluntarily choose to operate.

The content of the reports may not be all of the facts of this case. There are some questions that need answering and some actions that need to be explained.

Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police report reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answer to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that families of victims may have plenty of questions regarding their legal options and accident related lawsuits.
