Abdulkarim Omar Adam died and Jonathan Samuel Wallace is injured after a horrific head-on collision on the morning of September 25, 2015. The incident happened about 5 miles away away from Dumas, Texas. We would anticipate that the facts of this case could support a personal injury lawsuit.
According to reports, Adam was driving on US Highway 287 in the north direction before driving over the median and into the lane going southbound. When Adam crossed over he collided head-on with Wallace’s pickup truck.
Adam died at the scene of the accident. Wallace was taken to the hospital in Dumas, Texas where he received treatment for his injuries attained in the accident.
