Our thoughts and hearts go out to the victims’ families, who we imagine have been deeply affected by these accidents. We encourage families who have experienced similar situations to contact a personal injury attorney who may be able to help explain their options and rights, especially when it comes to wrongful death claims. We would also like to note that it is incredibly important to be careful driving even when there might not be very much traffic. If speeding, even if one does not encounter another vehicle or pedestrian, one may be able to get into an accident in a single-vehicle incident.
