Reports coming out of Austin, Texas state that one man and two other people were injured in a vehicle accident. Law enforcement believes that the accident occurred on the 5000 block of Ed Bluestein Boulevard at about 6 PM. Police believe that the accident happened between two motorcycles and one car. The original accident was between the motorcycles, after they hit each other. One of the motorcycles spun out of control and hit an SUV. The driver of this particular motorcycle was the one who died from his injuries.

We wonder what the cause of the accident could have been. Why did the motorcycles crash into each other? Was there a vehicle malfunction? Was this a case of distracted driving? Was one of the drivers at fault?

Motorcycle accidents are not uncommon in Texas.

Reports coming out of Corpus Christi state that an accident occurred on Saratoga Street, between Staples Street and Everhart Street. A car that was coming out of a shopping mall centre hit a motorcycle after it failed to yield the right of way. The two people on the motorcycle were taken to the hospital. It is believed that one of the people on the motorcycle was not wearing a helmet at the time and is seriously injured. We wonder if this case could trigger a wrongful death claim.

Our thoughts and hearts go out to the families of the victims and we also sincerely hope that those that are hospitalized have speedy recoveries.
