Kristy Lynn Tullis of Joshua, Texas, suffered critical injuries in an accident involving a tanker truck. Law enforcement believes that the accident occurred at about 5 AM in the 7900 block of Farm-to-Market Road 1902 in Burleson. According to the police, the accident was caused by the driver of the truck, Charles Cedric Wilson.
The driver was driving southbound and missed his stop. He tried to turn around but became stuck on the dirt shoulder. Kristy Tullis struck the tanker while she was heading north. Tullis was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

It should be noted that the trucking company that owned the tanker, 3-Star Daylighting LP, has been involved in numerous other accidents recently. According to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the company has been involved in at least twenty-three accidents in the past two years, two of which have been fatal.
These accidents involved the fatalities of two women on FM 917 and the death of Deston Bibbs, a middle school student at H.F. Stevens Middle School in Crowley. The latter was run over on his bicycle on Sycamore School Road. The cause of this accident is not known.
Our hearts go out to the families of these victims, who we can imagine have been deeply saddened by the accidents. We understand they may have many questions and may have a wrongful death claim.
