A report coming out of Steamboat, Oregon have indicated that a man and woman were killed in an accident about 40 miles east of Roseburg Sunday afternoon. Winston resident Scotty Eugene Schull was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound on Highway 138 East right before the accident. The police believe that the motorcycle traveled into the eastbound lane while negotiating a curve. They believe that his motorcycle struck the side of an eastbound Dodge Ram 3500 pickup driven by Darrell Brintnall of Portland. Is that what happened? Did the police witness the accident? Or did the Dodge Ram hit the side of the motorcycle. Unfortunately, both Schull and his passenger Karen Sue Black of Winston were both pronounced dead at the scene.
