Benjamin Onyeforo arrested in Houston death accident.

Charges have been filed against Benjamin O. Onyeforo, a suspect that was arrested in a fatal traffic accident that occurred on or around 1:25 a.m. on November 25, 2013. The suspect is charged with intoxication manslaughter. The court presiding over the case is the 263rd State District Court. Benjamin Onyeforo was born on June 7, 1970.

The deceased victim was a male, age 24. The Houston Police department reported that the suspect was driving a black Honda Civic. According to the police, the suspect was driving eastbound on Westheimer in Houston, Texas. The police officials state that the victim was driving a purple Toyota Scion northbound on Dairy Ashford. According to the Houston police, the suspect failed to stop at the red light and struck the Scion. The impact caused the Scion to rotate and crash into a third vehicle. The driver of the Scion was pronounced dead at the scene.

We do not know the cause of death, but often the impact from car accident cause brain or head injuries. It is possible that the events that lead up to the death of the driver establish a wrongful death case.

According to the Houston Police Department, the suspect exhibited signs of intoxication and was arrested and charged.
