A black F-150 crashed into the ambulance which most likely resulted in the death of the patient inside. The pickup truck was traveling west on Bissonnet. The Houston Fire Department was traveling south on Woodfair. The ambulance had its lights and sirens on while traveling. The man inside the ambulance who died was a heart attack patient. The paramedics were treating the man suffering from a heart attack inside the vehicle.

The driver of the black F-150 failed to yield the right of way to the emergency vehicle. The F-150 crashed into the ambulance which caused the EMS personnel and the patient to be jolted around the interior of the ambulance. At that time, the patient stopped breathing and was pronounced dead. We believe that this is a wrongful death case.
